With the first German-language book on Agile Marketing , subtitled "Marketing in Dynamic Times: Mindset – Methods – Tools," the foundation was laid to make marketing teams more agile and efficient. The focus was on agility, the right mindset, and practical methods and tools.

With the second edition, "Agile Marketing. How Marketing Becomes a Business Enabler in Dynamic Times," the focus was expanded, and agility was viewed as a means to an end. The book shows how marketing can dynamically address the challenges of our time and describes for the first time the three impact levels of marketing: customer relationship, innovation, and organization. This created a comprehensive understanding of the diverse impact marketing can and should have in organizations.

Im Beitrag „Die neue Rolle der Marketingorganisation in volatilen Zeiten: Durch Wirksamkeit zum Business Enabler werden.“ für das Springer-Praxishandbuch „Digitales Management“ (Hrsg. Prof. Dr. Detscher), der im Juli 2025 erschienen ist, wurde the importance of these impact levels was further deepened, and concrete recommendations for action were given.

Aktuell (Q4/2025) entsteht ein Beitrag zum Thema „Agiles Marketing“ für die 3. Auflage des renommierten Werks „Die 10 wichtigsten Zukunftsthemen im Marketing“ (Hrsg. Prof. Dr. Stumpf). Damit wird die the central importance of agility in marketing – today and in the future.
