The first edition was already a great success, published in 2020 - just as the COVID-19 pandemic began. What followed was a wave of unprecedented changes at every level.
It was time for an update. In my book, I explain why marketing excellence is becoming increasingly critical to success, how agile marketing supports this, and—most importantly—how and where marketing can create impact and drive organizational success in dynamic times. The book was published in English under the title "Strategic Agility in Marketing" by Springer Gabler in 2025.
